Install the Android app
Download the DinamisAI Android app from the console, install it on your phone, and sign in with the same account so new work and replies reach you.

The Android app is for handling conversations away from the desk: new work and customer replies arrive as notifications, you claim work from the available list, and you reply from anywhere. It is distributed directly by DinamisAI, not through the app store.
Open the install page
In the console, click Android app at the bottom left. The page shows the latest version, a download button and a QR code. If the entry is missing, no release is available for your workspace yet.
Install on the phone
- Scan the QR code with your phone's camera, or tap the download button if you opened this page on the phone.
- When Android asks, allow installs from your browser (Settings → Apps → your browser → Install unknown apps). This is normal for an app that is not in the store.
- Open the app and sign in with the same e-mail and password as the console.
- Allow notifications so new work and customer replies reach you even when the app is closed.
Once you have signed in on the phone, the Your phone card on the install page reads "Connected". Later updates install by themselves the next time you open the app; you only need this page again when the DinamisAI team tells you.
If something goes wrong
- "App not installed" or "package appears to be invalid" — an older DinamisAI app is still on the phone. Uninstall it (long-press the icon → App info → Uninstall), then install again.
- "Blocked by Play Protect" — tap More details, then Install anyway.
- No notifications arrive — in the app, open More → Notifications and send a test notification.
